Evidence & Admissibility

LockJaw's strongest claim is not convenience. It is the ability to preserve, export, and verify evidence without trusting the running system.

Principles

  • Evidence must outlive the system that produced it.
  • Verifiers must be able to confirm integrity offline or through narrow public contracts.
  • Claims not supported by provenance should be refused rather than polished.

What this excludes

  • No reliance on dashboard state as proof.
  • No overclaiming beyond signed evidence, runtime contracts, or verifier guides.
  • No silent mutation of evidence fields or refusal meanings.
